Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Shipment Management:
Work with our logistics partners on inbound and outbound shipments, provide and submit complete shipping documents
Warehouse Coordination:
coordinate with the warehouse on all shipments, packaging, labeling, and stock retrieval.
Freight/Trucking quotes:
get rates and compare from different carriers Supporting the operation team: receiving, invoicing, filing, issuing purchase orders, providing reports, updating status and other tasks assigned
Requirements:
Shipping and Logistics:
3 years (Required) Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve problems effectively. Proficient in
MSoffice, and Quickbook Job Type:
