12-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension) We are seeking a Logistics Professional to support inventory, materials, and logistics operations within a fast-paced technology environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, material handling, supply chain, or manufacturing support. Responsibilities Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, receiving activities, and material movement Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management systems Track and manage assets, materials, and equipment throughout their lifecycle Partner with operations, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and material shortages Support warehouse organization, material staging, and inventory control processes Maintain compliance with operational, safety, and documentation requirements Qualifications Experience in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or materials management Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, reconciliation, or asset tracking Familiarity with ERP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar inventory systems preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or operational environments is a plus Preferred Backgrounds Inventory Specialist Logistics Coordinator Materials Coordinator Materials Handler Lead Warehouse Lead Inventory Control Specialist Shipping & Receiving Specialist Supply Chain Coordinator Logistics Technician
