Supply Planning Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 1

  • 3 years of experience in forecasting/planning analyst or supply chain role is a big plus Strong understanding of key financial and inventory metrics ( gross margin , GMROI , weeks on hand , weeks of supply , etc.

) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with sharp and analytical skills with strong sense of numbers Experience in large ERP systems and visualization/reporting software for planning is a plus Experience with import logistics, customs, and container/freight planning is a plus Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, communicate and work well in a team environment Responsibilities of the

Supply Planning Analyst:

Develop and maintain supply plans, purchase orders, and inventory strategies by leveraging demand forecasts, historical inventory cycles, distribution channel forecasts, and planning inputs to align inventory with business goals and improve forecast accuracy. Partner with Contract Manufacturers and logistics providers to manage production planning, order status, capacity, lead times, and shipment coordination, ensuring timely product availability. Oversee inventory positions across all locations by monitoring inventory levels relative to demand while identifying, communicating, and escalating supply risks to ensure sufficient inventory and service levels. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Manufacturing teams to align supply plans with business demand and operational objectives. Track and optimize inventory performance through analysis of key metrics, including fill rate, inventory turns, weeks of supply, aging inventory, historical order patterns, PO trends, and promotional activities. Leverage AI, BI, ERP, and planning systems to maintain data integrity, optimize inventory allocation, improve supply chain visibility, and drive continuous improvements in planning accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
