This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese professional who enjoys managing details, coordinating across time zones, and helping products move successfully from concept through production and delivery. The Project Specialist will work closely with overseas factories, internal departments, and customers to support product specifications, costing, timelines, production status, quality questions, and delivery expectations. This role offers the opportunity to be a key connector between manufacturing partners, customers, and internal teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate new product development projects with overseas factories, including product specifications, samples, testing, costing, and project timelines. Work directly with manufacturers to monitor production schedules, capacity, raw materials, inventory, purchase orders, and delivery status. Analyze product costs, including raw materials, labor, packaging, freight, tariffs, and other supply chain-related expenses. Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, project status, lead times, quality questions, and product-related inquiries. Coordinate across customers, factories, and internal Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to support successful project execution. Assist with product issues, specification changes, customer complaints, supply chain risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
