About us US Elogistics is a leading e-commerce fulfillment service provider that offers comprehensive, high-standard, and customized supply chain solutions, especially on warehouse services and cargo transportation. Currently, there are over 4,000 active customers and operates using our fulfillment service over 30 fulfillment centers. We keep improving the construction of warehouse automation and distribution systems to accommodate the future expansion of our clients' cross-border e-commerce business. Job Position Summary - The Logistics Channel Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end flow of goods and related information—from origin to final delivery—to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective fulfillment of customer needs. This role involves managing third-party logistics operations, supporting FBA processes, maintaining accurate channel data, and collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.
Job Duties:
Create and manage offline third-party B2C orders. Handle FBA order bookings, including online inquiries and scheduling. Verify, process, and submit FBA, external trucking, and transport orders Update channel information in advance and maintain system accuracy. Conduct shipping container system audits, ensure compliance with warehouse operating specifications, and issue return notices as required. Act as the point of contact for customer delivery coordination.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management and related fields or equivalent supply chain experience preferred Attention to detail and follows instructions. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Legally authorized to Work in US Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
