About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will play a vital role in our supply chain by ensuring the accurate movement, storage, and distribution of goods within a cold-storage environment. You will utilize your expertise in material handling equipment and inventory systems to maintain high standards of quality and safety, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to our customers efficiently. Responsibilities Execute the loading, unloading, and staging of inventory with precision to maintain supply chain flow. Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to navigate tight spaces and organize product within refrigerated storage zones. Utilize RF scanning technology to perform accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time stock data. Pick and prepare customer orders, ensuring all documentation and shipment notifications are processed correctly. Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming and outgoing freight to prevent damage and ensure compliance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with food safety regulations and industry standards. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of one year of experience operating a forklift and RF scan equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs, in a refrigerated environment. Strong attention to detail with basic mathematical and organizational skills. Foundational knowledge of GMP and HACCP safety protocols. Preferred Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Prior experience in a cold-storage or food production warehouse setting. Proven ability to troubleshoot logistical issues and work independently.
