We're looking for a SalesDistribution Specialist to play a vital role in supporting customers, coordinating product deliveries, managing orders, assisting with sales activities and helping ensure products get where they need to be-on time and with exceptional service. As a SalesDistribution Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting customers, sales, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution operations to keep business moving forward. What You'll Do As a SalesDistribution Specialist, you'll help connect customers, sales, production and distribution operations.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Process customer orders, quotes, contracts, returns and account requests. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships. Support sales representatives with account management and customer follow-up. Assist with customer outreach, lead generation and sales support activities. Communicate product updates, inventory availability and delivery information. Coordinate and execute deliveries to customers and company locations. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance. Review shipping documentation and maintain accurate records. Communicate delivery updates and resolve customer concerns. Assist with receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counts and order fulfillment. Load, unload, stage, palletize, wrap, label and transport products safely. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs. Support warehouse, manufacturing and distribution operations as needed. Work closely with customers, sales teams, warehouse personnel, manufacturing teams and distribution partners. Help drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the organization. Other duties as required. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree preferred. Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, distribution, inventory, warehouse operations, manufacturing or related fields. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available). Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
