This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment, communicating with customers, coordinating orders, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized. This position will begin as a temp-to-hire assignment , allowing both the employee and company to ensure the opportunity is the right long-term fit. Successful candidates may be considered for permanent employment after approximately 90 days. Once fully hired and onboarded directly by the company, the employee will become eligible for the company's applicable benefits package. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable working with customers and vendors, and capable of supporting the sales process from the initial inquiry through final delivery. Experience in aviation, aerospace, parts distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar industry is a PLUS +++ What You'll Do Support the sales team with customer account management, sales administration, order entry, and order processing. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email, providing professional and responsive service. Respond to product inquiries, provide order updates, and assist with resolving order-related questions or issues. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments to help ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, pricing documents, purchase orders, and other sales-related paperwork. Maintain and update customer information, sales activity, inventory records, order details, and internal databases. Enter accurate information into CRM, inventory-management, accounting, and order-processing systems. Assist with pricing requests and provide administrative support during contract or customer negotiations. Track open orders, backorders, follow-ups, delivery dates, and outstanding customer requests. Prepare sales reports, spreadsheets, and performance updates for management. Help identify sales trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for account growth. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems while ensuring records remain accurate and up to date. Assist with scheduling meetings, customer follow-ups, calendar coordination, and general sales-team organization. Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, promotional activities, and customer-engagement events as needed. Follow company procedures and help maintain compliance with applicable aviation-industry requirements and policies. Provide additional administrative and operational support as the business continues to grow. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, order processing, aviation distribution, logistics, or a related position. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments, deadlines, and customer requests. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and confidence communicating with customers, vendors, and internal team members. Strong attention to detail, particularly when entering orders, preparing quotes, updating records, and reviewing documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using CRM platforms, inventory-management systems, order-processing software, or similar business systems. QuickBooks or comparable accounting-software experience is a plus. Ability to learn new software, product information, and company procedures quickly. Ability to remain composed, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude. Bilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required.
