Schedule:

8:00 AM

• 4:30 PM, Monday
• Friday Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and resolve issues as they arise
• Monitor material inventory and stock levels
• Monitor material inventory and stock levels.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
• Issue materials to production, or other departments.
• Learn and understand the process of creating custom pre-cut masking materials and operating the 3D printer to provide the necessary materials for masking operators.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the systems.
• Track material shortages, excess, and obsolete (expired material) inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Customer service, Quality, and Engineering.
• Prepare material reports and inventory reconciliations.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and traceable.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.
• Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience handling conformal coating materials, solvents, chemicals, or other shelf-life-controlled materials.
• Experience with inventory cycle counts and material reconciliation.
• Basic Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and inventory tracking.
• Some experience with Silhouette/cutting, and 3D printers for producing custom masking materials.
• Understanding of lot control and material traceability requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to solve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
