This position will be responsible for routing and scheduling orders, coordinating pickups, maintaining accurate documentation, working within WMS and routing systems, and serving as a key point of contact for business partners. Responsibilities Manage supply chain processes including procurement, sourcing, and demand planning to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs Coordinate transportation planning and fleet management to ensure timely delivery while adhering to transportation safety regulations Oversee warehouse management activities such as receiving, order picking, packing, and inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms Supervise shipping logistics including freight arrangements, 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and international trade compliance Implement process improvements in materials handling, packaging, and category management to enhance operational efficiency Monitor transportation management systems (TMS) for route optimization, freight pricing, and dispatching accuracy Conduct data analysis using supply chain analytics tools to identify trends, forecast demand, and support strategic decision-making Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound freight orders. Requirements Proven experience in logistics management within a supply chain or logistics company environment Experience working with routing and transportation systems such as: Manhattan, TMS portals, Macysnet, Tradestone, Oracle Cloud Portal, CityX, Blue Yonder, Dynamic, Uber Freight Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving procedures, and transportation operations including road transportation management Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and transportation safety regulations Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced setting while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence Technical proficiency in materials handling equipment such as forklifts; understanding of packaging standards and materials handling processes Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and cross-functional collaboration Must be able to pass a background, drug test, and verification of documents #SAN123
Pay:
