We sell directly to consumers through our e-commerce website as well as major online marketplaces and retail partners. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Warehouse Coordinator to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and warehouse activities. This is a hybrid operations role that combines computer-based e-commerce work with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Order Operations Process and monitor daily Shopify and e-commerce orders. Review and resolve order, shipping, address, and fulfillment issues. Maintain accurate order and operational records. Support Amazon/FBA and other marketplace replenishment. Assist with wholesale and B2B order fulfillment. Inventory & Purchase Orders Maintain accurate inventory records in Shopify and internal systems. Create, update, and track purchase orders and incoming inventory. Track expected arrival dates and coordinate incoming shipments. Receive shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing lists. Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged products. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Monitor low-stock items and prepare basic inventory reports. Warehouse & Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately. Prepare shipping labels and packages for carrier pickup. Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming products. Prepare Amazon/FBA shipments, influencer/creator samples, PR packages, and wholesale shipments. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Customer Service & Returns Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and replacements. Process returns, exchanges, warranty replacements, and refunds according to company procedures. Inspect returned products and maintain accurate return records. Escalate more complex customer or product issues when necessary. Operations Coordination Communicate with ROXON's U.S. and China teams regarding inventory, shipments, purchase orders, and operational issues. Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners when necessary. Maintain organized operational documentation. Prepare basic weekly reports on inventory, shipments, returns, and outstanding issues. Help improve e-commerce, warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment procedures. Qualifications Ability to communicate professionally in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese is required . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online systems. Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform is preferred. Experience with e-commerce operations, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service is preferred. Amazon Seller Central/FBA experience is a plus. Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Comfortable performing both computer-based operational work and hands-on warehouse duties. Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently Monday through Friday.
