Who We're Looking For:
PMP is looking for energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team. Responsibilities Acquisition, organization, and distribution of Association documents Analyze and extract critical information from the Association documents received Secretary of State updates for new and departing Associations. Data Entry task ( Prepare Homeowner Lists for software import) Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner Additional duties as assigned Requirements 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role Extraordinary customer service skills Exceptional writing and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and problem-solving skills An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
