This role ensures efficient coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments with overseas logistics partners, warehouses, carriers, and forwarders Prepare and review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues Optimize freight costs and select appropriate transportation methods Support import/export processes and ensure proper documentation flow Communicate with warehouse and procurement teams on shipment status Maintain shipping records and update internal tracking systems Qualifications 1+ years of logistics, transportation, or shipping experience Familiarity with carriers (e.g., parcel, LTL, freight forwarders) Understanding of basic import/export processes is a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
