We are hiring Flex / As-Needed Unarmed Security Officers for a busy logistics facility in Moreno Valley. Shifts are assigned based on your individual availability and operational needs. You can indicate the days and shift windows you are available for, and we will schedule you accordingly.

Available shift windows include:

Morning:

Approximately 5:00 AM

• 1:00

PM Swing:

Approximately 1:00 PM

• 9:00 PM Overnight (Graveyard): Approximately 9:00 PM
• 5:00 AM Final schedules are assigned based on site needs and the availability you provide.

About the Position Superior Protection Services is seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services at a busy logistics facility in Moreno Valley. This security position primarily focuses on foot patrols, access control, monitoring entrances, all while maintaining a strong, highly visible security presence throughout the property.

• Officers may also assist with truck gate operations when needed (checking in/logging trucks and assisting drivers).

This is not a required aspect of the job, but if you have experience, that should be noted. We have foot patrol and access control as well. Officers should be comfortable staying active throughout their shift, conducting regular patrols, and monitoring multiple areas of the facility. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the facility and surrounding property Maintain a professional and highly visible security presence Monitor and secure entrances, gates, and access points Provide access control for employees, visitors, vendors, and authorized personnel Assist with truck gate operations when assigned (check-in/logging of trucks) Monitor activity and report suspicious or unusual behavior Respond appropriately to security concerns, incidents, alarms, and emergencies Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or security issues Maintain accurate daily activity reports, logs, and incident documentation Communicate professionally with employees, drivers, visitors, and management Assist fellow officers and site personnel as needed Requirements Valid California Guard Card ( Required ) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular foot patrols Strong observation and situational awareness skills Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications (not required) Previous experience in security, foot patrol, access control, gate operations, logistics facilities, warehouses, shipping/receiving, truck check-in/check-out, customer service, or digital reporting systems.
