Description A growing medical device manufacturer is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to help keep materials, shipments, vendors, and internal operations moving smoothly. You'll work at the intersection of administration, logistics, inventory, and customer operations, making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants something more dynamic than a traditional administrative position. What You'll Handle

+ Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

+ Prepare shipping documentation and commercial paperwork

+ Track shipments and communicate delivery updates

+ Coordinate with freight carriers and third-party logistics providers

+ Maintain accurate logistics records

+ Assist with purchase orders and vendor communications

+ Coordinate material transfers between facilities

+ Update inventory and shipment information in internal systems

+ Research delayed, damaged, or missing shipments

+ Communicate with warehouse and production teams

+ Prepare recurring logistics reports

+ Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation

+ Coordinate urgent shipments when needed

+ Maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes

+ Help improve shipping and receiving procedures Requirements + 2+ years of logistics, operations, administrative, or supply chain experience

+ Strong Excel skills

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Ability to track multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously

+ ERP experience preferred

+ Strong communication and follow-through
