What You'll Do As a Distribution Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities may include:

Pick customer orders accurately using handheld technology and our OPEX picking system. Restock inventory and replenish pick locations. Verify garments for embroidery production using EmbTrak software. Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment. Ship completed orders while maintaining quality standards. Receive incoming merchandise and unload shipments. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts. Fold, organize, and restock returned merchandise. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Meet productivity and quality goals while working as part of a collaborative team. Share ideas that improve efficiency and support continuous improvement. Live and demonstrate Chef Works' Core Values every day. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Six months to one year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or similar experience preferred. Basic computer skills, including data entry and email. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and flexibility to support business needs. Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position requiring: Standing and walking throughout the shift. Frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds. Occasional lifting above shoulder level. Working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work during peak business periods.
