Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in San Clemente, CA. This role is ideal for a self-motivated logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and field support logistics. In this position, you will serve as the primary on-site warehouse resource for a dynamic organization in the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. You will work in a small, collaborative environment where your accuracy, reliability, and ability to keep operations moving will make a direct impact. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock organization, cycle counts, and discrepancy reconciliation. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using UPS, freight carriers, vendors, and other logistics partners. Process purchase orders, track deliveries, maintain documentation, and support vendor communication. Prepare, package, label, and ship materials while maintaining accurate packing lists and shipping records. Support product demonstrations, company events, and field logistics as needed. Drive company vehicles for deliveries and field support throughout Southern California and longer-distance routes as required. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.

Salary range:

$70,000 to $80,000 per year.

San Clemente, CA. Mileage reimbursed for required delivery and field support travel.
