Supply Coordinator

A family owned grower/shipper of berries, founded in 1979, Central West is a diversified vertically integrated company located in Santa Maria, Ca growing and selling Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries and Blackberries. This rapidly growing company specializing in conventional and organic berries and needs sales support to maintain the excellent customer service that has contributed to the sustained growth of the company. Summary/Objective We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Coordinator - Mixed Berries to support our sales and supply chain teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless flow of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries through our supply chain. • Support the Mixed Berry Supply and Sales teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Manage accurate order and purchase data entry across systems (Famous, EDI, Excel, e-commerce)
• Coordinate shipments and verify deliveries.
• Communicate with warehouses to track inbound consignments.
• Assist with import logistics, including sea freight tracking and customs.
• Maintain and update harvest and supply workflow documents.
• Collaborate with logistics and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support Growers with information across diverse Geographies and time zones.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to drive short or long distances, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a non-exempt full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., overtime, including evening and weekend, may be required base on business needs and will be compesated in accordance with California law. Weekend shifts will rotate with other coordinators. Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of fresh produce or supply chain experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications
