MCS Supply Chain Associate Location:
Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a hands-on supply chain opportunity supporting material processing, dispensing, staging, and delivery activities in a fast-paced, warehouse-based biopharmaceutical environment. This position plays an important role in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and operational flow across materials support functions while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Follow SOPs, departmental procedures, cGMP requirements, and GDP expectations during daily operations. Support picking, dispensing, staging, and delivery of materials needed for manufacturing activities. Perform material handling tasks, operate powered industrial vehicles when required, and work in classified areas with proper gowning. Maintain accurate transactions, support continuous improvement activities, escalate issues, and assist with operational readiness and inspection support.
Required:
High school/GED and 2 years of work or military experience, or an associate degree and 6 months of work or military experience. Pharmaceutical GMP/GDP experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP/MES, and AI tools. Manufacturing or supply chain experience.
