Every shipment, transfer, delivery route, and inventory movement depends on a team that values organization, accuracy, and accountability. We're looking for a Distribution Logistics Coordinator to become a key member of our Distribution team. This role supports the daily execution of our statewide distribution operations by coordinating transportation logistics, preparing compliance documentation, supporting inventory movement, maintaining fleet readiness, and partnering closely with our Distribution Logistics Director, Director of Distribution, drivers, and warehouse teams. What You'll Be Responsible ForTransportation & Route Coordination Prepare all paperwork for daily Northern and Southern California delivery routes. Assemble and maintain driver binders for each scheduled route. Prepare transfer manifests, shipping documents, and route paperwork. Verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Communicate route readiness and operational updates with drivers and distribution leadership. Distribution Operations Assist with daily order fulfillment and distribution activities. Support order quality control before products leave the facility. Help prepare customer orders for shipment. Assist drivers with loading and unloading distribution vehicles. Participate in scheduled load-outs, returns, and distribution workflows. Logistics & Inter-Facility Transfers Coordinate transfers between CAM cultivation, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution facilities. Work with multiple departments to ensure products and operational materials arrive where they need to be. Coordinate movement of finished goods, packaging supplies, pre-roll materials, janitorial supplies, and other operational inventory. Maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation throughout the transfer process. Compliance & Inventory Support METRC transfer activities and inventory documentation. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records. Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations. Verify inventory accuracy during transfers, load-outs, and returns. Support compliance with California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations and CAM Standard Operating Procedures. Fleet & Operational Readiness Coordinate maintenance and service appointments for company distribution vehicles. Work with outside vendors to maintain fleet readiness. Ensure company vans remain clean, organized, and fully stocked with operational supplies. Maintain driver binders, cash bags, route materials, pens, markers, and other daily operational necessities. Administrative Support Maintain organized operational records and documentation. Prepare reports and support distribution leadership with administrative projects. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance. Perform additional logistics, warehouse, inventory, and operational duties as business needs evolve. What We're Looking For Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation coordination, or distribution. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings. A team player who takes ownership and follows through. Preferred Qualifications Cannabis industry experience. Experience with METRC. ERP or inventory management software experience. Fleet coordination or transportation experience. Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese. Why CAM?
