What You'll Own You will be responsible for keeping our inventory, client orders, and shipping processes organized and accurate.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining laboratory and operational inventory. Monitoring supply levels and anticipating needs before items run low. Receiving, organizing, and accurately tracking inventory. Managing inventory and related workflows within Zoho . Fulfilling client supply and testing-kit orders accurately and on time. Preparing and coordinating outgoing shipments. Tracking deliveries and resolving shipping issues. Keeping inventory and shipping areas organized and efficient. Assisting with laboratory accessioning when additional support is needed. Identifying workflow problems and helping develop practical solutions. The Person We're Looking For You are intelligent, resourceful, and quick to learn. You are extremely detail-oriented and understand that in a clinical laboratory, accuracy matters. You are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities without losing track of what needs to happen next. You ask questions when something does not make sense. Qualifications College degree required. Previous laboratory experience strongly preferred. Experience with Zoho preferred. Strong computer and systems skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent follow-through and accountability. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team member. Experience with inventory, shipping, logistics, or laboratory operations is a plus. You'll Thrive Here If...
