Job Overview Description :

Becker Safety and Supply's Hybrid Logistics/Sales Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all deliveries of products and orders from warehouse to retail locations and customer deliveries. Also is responsible for inside sales and customer service related functions including but not limited to: helping walk in customers with safety product inquiries, finalizing sales at the Point of Sale, answering customer phone calls and emails, assisting Outside Customer Relations Team Members, and other duties as assigned. The position requires the ability to learn quickly, multitask organization skills, and great communication skills. This position requires daily interactions with team members via phone/email and in person. Job Summary 50 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday) Works mostly in an independent position but communicates with other team members/vendors via phone/email and in person Reports to the Warehouse Coordinator General Responsibilities Make Daily transfers of product/orders between warehouse and retail locations Ability to communicate objectives and performance outcomes Help Receiving Inbound Product from Vendors if needed Help Pick/Pack/Ship all orders if needed Help Stock Counts of Warehouse if needed Help Bin Replenishments at Warehouse if needed Local Deliveries Answer phones/emails and assist with customer inquiries if needed Educate customers about Becker Safety products and services if needed Complete in-store sales using the ERP System Other Duties as Assigned.

Job Requirements and Skills Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass background check and drug test

Clean Driving Record Experience:

Preferred 2+ years of related experience Ability to work independently and in conjunction with team goals Ability to accurately count inventory Ability to learn and utilize multiple software platforms Ability to lift 75 lbs. Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to live out
