Job Description
## Standard Job Description This is a weekend position to support production. Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations relating to specific portion of the product for guidance of production workers. Plans detail operations from blueprints, engineering orders, change notices, and other engineering releases. Determines the need for tooling and makes recommendations for the design and planning of required tools. Prepares shop work orders for materials and product processing and coordinates with schedulers to ensure that items are being processed according to specifications and time requirements. Maintains progress reports, schedules, and other related records. ## Basic Qualifications
- Ability to interpret Engineering drawings.
- Experience documenting manufacturing processes for Circuit Card Assemblies and Electronic Box Assemblies including soldering, bonding, and torqueing.
- Excellent communication skills. ## Desired Skills
- Experience in an AS9100 manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a rate production environment.
- Experience documenting processes from Process Flow Diagrams and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses.
IPC J-STD-001
certification.- Experience with automated equipment for electronics manufacturing including Pick-and-Place, Adhesive Dispense, Selective Solder, Automated Optical Inspection, and Automated X-Ray Inspection.
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning software and Windchill Enterprise Product Data Management (ePDM) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
