Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support daily transportation, shipping, and supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and working with carriers, drivers, vendors, and customers to keep freight moving efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate pickups, deliveries, routes, and shipment schedules. Track loads, monitor ETAs, and resolve delays or delivery issues. Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouses, vendors, and customers. Prepare and maintain BOLs, manifests, rate confirmations, delivery records, and other shipping documents. Update logistics systems, TMS platforms, and tracking records accurately. Assist with inventory, shipping, billing, and operational reporting. Ensure shipments are handled according to company safety and compliance standards. Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and reduce delays. Support daily logistics and supply chain activities as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Excel, TMS, or other logistics software. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$35.20 - $40.70 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
