We are looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented professional to join our Maitland, FL office . This is a full-time, 100% in-office position. This is not a remote or hybrid role. What You'll Do This position combines reservations, customer service and transportation operations. You will help coordinate executive transportation from the initial reservation through completion of the trip.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming reservation and customer-service calls Creating, reviewing and modifying transportation reservations Responding professionally to client emails Coordinating airports, FBOs, hotels, offices and other pickup locations Monitoring commercial and private flight information Communicating with chauffeurs and transportation partners Coordinating affiliate transportation throughout the U.S. and internationally Monitoring upcoming and active reservations Handling schedule changes, delays and last-minute client requests Reviewing reservations for missing or incorrect information Providing confirmations, receipts and trip information Documenting reservation and client information accurately Identifying and resolving potential service issues before they affect the client Managing multiple calls, emails, reservations and operational tasks simultaneously Who We're Looking For This is not an entry-level customer service position. We are looking for candidates with professional experience in reservations, dispatch, transportation operations, travel, aviation, hospitality, logistics or another fast-paced service environment where accuracy matters. Experience in any of the following is especially valuable: Chauffeured transportation, limousine or black-car service Transportation dispatch or operations Corporate or leisure travel Airline or airport operations Private aviation or FBO operations Luxury hotels or hospitality High-volume reservations Logistics or scheduling Limo Anywhere experience is a major plus. What It Takes to Succeed Here Our clients include executives, corporate travelers and other individuals whose schedules frequently involve flights, meetings and time-sensitive transportation. Small details matter. A wrong date, pickup time, airport, flight number, address or passenger detail can create a significant service failure. We need someone who checks their work, catches inconsistencies and takes ownership of getting things right.
