We are seeking a reliable and motivated Distribution Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and distribution operations by receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare products and packages for shipment Verify product quantities, labels, and order information Load and unload trucks as needed Move products throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to a supervisor Work with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn warehouse processes and equipment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements Ability to regularly lift and move packages and materials up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution center environment

Pay:

$23.40 - $28.20 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
