Job Description

Responsibilities:
Operation SupportFollow up and resolve complex and difficult warehouse issues within the region, fully respond to and support warehouse demands. Responsible for new project implementation, including site investigation, layout planning, capacity calculation, staffing and equipment configuration. Efficiency & Cost OptimizationAnalyze regional operation data, identify bottlenecks, formulate and promote improvement plans to raise labor efficiency and reduce per-order cost. Quality & ComplianceInspect warehouse safety, quality and compliance status, and drive rectification of existing problems; assist in coping with local government inspections. Cross-department CollaborationCoordinate with customer, quality control, business and other teams to advance demands and ensure problems are solved and implemented. Training & EmpowermentProvide training on workflows, SOPs and improvement tools for front-line management staff of warehouse and transportation operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and related majors is preferred. More than 3 years of experience in logistics operation, implementation or warehouse & distribution management; experience in new warehouse launch and optimization projects is preferred. Familiar with warehousing & transportation procedures and safety specifications, with ability in process sorting and standardization implementation.

Solid project management capability, cross-team communication & coordination skills, and strong execution. Proficient in Excel, PPT and data analysis tools such as Power BI; familiar with WMS and TMS systems.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
