Order Processing:

Export Filings:

Submit AES Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings accurately to ensure full U.S. Customs compliance.

Warehouse Scheduling:

Plan and prioritize daily order pickups and shipments with the warehouse team.

Vendor & Carrier Communication:

Work directly with third-party vendors, carriers, and customers to manage special orders and coordinate shipments.

Problem Solving:

Resolve delivery delays, track shipments, and follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved.

Cost Management:

Review freight costs to help analyze shipping spend and identify savings.

Account Support:

Assist with customer credit limit checks and track payment statuses linked to outgoing shipments.

Process Improvement:

Document clear, step-by-step procedures for daily operations and assist with team training.
