We're growing our transportation desk and looking for a highly organized, bilingual Logistics Coordinator focused on domestic trucking to run point on our over-the-road freight. What you'll do Domestic transportation (your main focus) Coordinate domestic freight end to end — Drayage, FTL (full truckload), LTL, reefer, dry van, local deliveries, and specialized shipments — across the United States. Source and dispatch loads to carriers, negotiate rates, schedule pickup and delivery appointments (warehouses, DCs, retailers), and keep customers updated on status and delays. Track shipments in transit, get ahead of problems (delays, detention, temperature/OTR issues), and keep everyone informed. Learn our drayage and intermodal operations to serve as backup: containers from seaports and rail terminals to final destination, ETAs, last free days, terminal availability, and avoiding demurrage/per-diem charges. Support air-import shipments from customs release through final delivery when needed. Build strong relationships with carriers and customers; prepare transportation quotes. Systems, documentation & invoicing (TMS) Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in Magaya (TMS); keep records current throughout the move. Generate customer invoices for transportation services; review, verify, and enter carrier invoices; keep documentation complete and accurate. Close the monthly transportation/logistics files accurately and on time. Track shipment volumes and details for key accounts. Customer service Be the primary point of contact for your transportation accounts — respond fast on shipment, status, and rate questions. Coordinate with our warehouse team on inbound/outbound as shipments require. What we're looking for Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — spoken and written (required). You'll be on the phone in both all day. 2+ years in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or 3PL operations. Hands-on experience coordinating domestic trucking — FTL, LTL, and reefer (dry van and specialized a plus). Comfortable sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and booking appointments. Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through — you don't let things slip. Well-organized; comfortable juggling many loads and accounts at once. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); quick to learn new systems. Reliable and on-site in Hialeah. Nice to have (not required) Drayage, intermodal, or container experience (you'll be cross-trained as backup). Load board experience (DAT, Truckstop, etc.). Magaya or other TMS experience. Familiarity with ports, rail terminals, and appointment scheduling. Freight forwarding or customs exposure.
