Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Receive packages and create warehouse receipts. Prepare shipping documentation. Schedule transportation for shipments. Work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure shipments are completed on time and provide timely solutions when issues arise. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records. Maintain files, prepare reports, and respond to operational inquiries. Troubleshoot shipment delays to help ensure on-time delivery to customers. Provide professional customer service and assistance. Prepare and follow up on freight claims to ensure proper handling and resolution. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Proficient in using the internet and online systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is required. Strong attention to detail.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
