To support our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Senior Logistics Associate to own and optimize our logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning with daily operational execution, ensuring our hardware products move efficiently from suppliers to customers while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations. Manage domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate daily with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless transportation of goods. Oversee inventory management, stock levels, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy. Perform and supervise day-to-day picking, packing, preparation, and shipment of customer and internal orders. Manage receiving activities, including unloading, inspecting, recording, and properly storing incoming inventory. Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare monthly inventory reconciliation and closing reports. Ensure all inventory movements and shipments are accurately recorded and reflected in inventory management systems. Monitor and track all logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and RMAs. Maintain complete and accurate logistics documentation, including shipping records, invoices, bills of lading, customs documents, and import/export paperwork. Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policies. Monitor logistics costs, transportation performance, lead times, and service levels while identifying opportunities for optimization. Support procurement and purchasing activities in coordination with Operations and Finance teams. Coordinate distribution of hardware equipment to customers, healthcare partners, vendors, and internal departments. Identify logistics risks, shipment delays, operational bottlenecks, and inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. Develop, document, and continuously improve logistics procedures, workflows, and operational standards. Prepare logistics reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership. Support the scaling of logistics operations and contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives as the company grows. Your Profile 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, or a related field. Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience in one or more of the following: Healthcare, medical devices, hardware, or technology industries International shipping and customs processes Inventory control and warehouse management Procurement and supply chain coordination Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or logistics software systems. Advanced Excel and reporting skills are highly desirable. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite in Palm Harbor, Florida.
