Overview Join our dynamic youth development teams in as a vital member dedicated to fostering positive growth and enriching experiences for young people. We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to fill roles including Membership Coordinators, 21st Site Coordinators, and Bus Drivers. These paid positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding youth through engaging activities, ensuring safe transportation, and supporting community programs. If you are passionate about youth development, possess strong leadership skills, and enjoy working with children, this is your chance to contribute to a vibrant team committed to empowering the next generation. Duties Coordinate and facilitate youth group activities, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate programming that promotes personal growth and community involvement Manage membership records, assist with registration processes, and maintain accurate documentation of participant participation Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety through effective child supervision and behavior management strategies Operate school buses or transportation vehicles safely, adhering to all safety protocols including
CPR, AED
operation, first aid procedures, and transportation regulations Support outdoor work activities and camp experiences by setting up equipment, supervising outdoor games, and ensuring a safe environment for all participants Collaborate with team members to plan and implement youth development programs that align with educational standards and community needs Provide first aid or emergency assistance as needed, following established protocols to ensure the well-being of children and staff Requirements Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, camp leadership, or youth programs Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating buses or large vehicles preferred Certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED operation, and First Aid protocols required; willingness to obtain or renew certifications if necessary Strong classroom management skills combined with patience and positive reinforcement strategies Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle outdoor activity logistics effectively Previous experience in youth group activity facilitation or teaching young children is highly desirable Join us in creating a safe, supportive environment where young people can thrive!
