Bilingual English - Mandarin is a MUST. Duties would be facilitating orders, forecasting product needs, tracking orders and missing parts, etc. This will be an in-office position in our Plant City, FL facility. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our global logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operations. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize inventory management, and support the implementation of enterprise solutions to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Duties Coordinate and monitor supply chain processes across multiple departments, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and warehouse management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand forecasts and production schedules using SAP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems. Manage logistics inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory through lean manufacturing principles. Support the implementation of software solutions such as

SAP ERP, SQL

databases, and enterprise resource planning tools to streamline operations. Lead procurement activities by sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing purchasing workflows aligned with company policies. Oversee warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and logistics planning to ensure timely delivery of products. Analyze data using Excel and other analytical tools to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the supply chain. Facilitate communication between international suppliers, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers in both English and Mandarin to ensure clarity and efficiency in all transactions. Skills Proficiency in SAP (including SAP ERP modules), Oracle EBS, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong understanding of demand planning, production planning (MRP), and supply chain management principles. Experience with logistics inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain planning strategies. Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to analyze complex data sets using Excel functions and SQL queries for decision-making support. Familiarity with enterprise solutions implementation across manufacturing environments. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to facilitate seamless international coordination.
