Position Overview We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support the coordination of purchase orders, manufacturer relationships, and product timelines across Pink Stork's supply chain. You will work closely with manufacturers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure materials arrive as expected and orders ship on schedule. This is a strong entry point into ecommerce operations for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Key Responsibilities Purchase Orders and Manufacturer Coordination Submit purchase orders and request supporting documentation from product manufacturers. Work with manufacturers to confirm PO timelines, verify correct materials are being used, and maintain strong working relationships. Negotiate pricing for raw materials and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies. Fulfillment and Timeline Management Coordinate with internal teams on fulfillment timelines and product arrival at our facility. Partner with internal teams to ensure ordering and production timelines are met. Work with logistics teams to schedule direct shipments to retailers. Inventory and Communication Communicate inventory status to internal teams, including low stock, delays, date changes, or possible stockout risk. Product and Quality Support new product development and improvements to existing products in coordination with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality standards throughout the supply chain. Qualifications Required Coursework in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Strong negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
