Position Summary The Supply Planner will support order fulfillment and production control for the Ampleon ICN8 portfolio. Reporting to the FMS Product Manager, this position will coordinate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse Operations, as well as selected third-party customers and vendors. This position will play an important role in maintaining effective inventory levels, supporting order fulfillment, coordinating purchasing activities, and assisting with production planning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exempt Education:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. A high school diploma with relevant supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or planning experience may be considered. Experience 2-4 years of administrative or analytical experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, production planning, or a related field. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels using the Cetec ERP system and/or Microsoft Excel to help prevent product shortages and excess inventory. Review inventory information and identify potential supply or demand issues. Order Processing & Fulfillment Enter and maintain sales orders in the Cetec ERP system. Provide order confirmations and track shipment status. Maintain accurate and timely order records in Cetec and/or Excel. Assist with customer expedite requests by coordinating with FMS suppliers and the internal Planning team. Purchasing & Order Generation Convert planned purchasing requirements into purchase orders based on current demand. Generate and maintain purchase orders using the Cetec ERP system. Coordinate with suppliers as needed to support fulfillment requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting Review basic demand reports and Excel-based planning information. Analyze seasonal demand trends and delivery performance metrics. Process and maintain weekly distributor Point-of-Sale (POS), inventory, and debit claim files. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to planning activities. Export & Documentation Support Assist in coordinating the completion and receipt of required export documentation. Follow up with appropriate internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure required documentation is received and maintained. Manufacturing Support Assist with production planning activities. Issue production schedules and work orders. Coordinate with internal teams to support production requirements and order fulfillment. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work collaboratively with Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders. Communicate order, inventory, purchasing, and production information accurately and in a timely manner. Support the team in resolving supply and fulfillment issues. Physical Requirements This is an on-site office position requiring regular attendance at the Company's workplace during scheduled working hours. Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication.
