We are seeking an experienced , driven Dealership Car Wash Manager to lead daily operations in our vehicle wash department in Alpharetta, GA. This role is vital to maintaining high service standards, supporting team development, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and business-minded—with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day workflow in wash and recon operations Prioritize tasks to ensure timely service completion and client satisfaction Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and compliance standards Maintain high-quality standards through regular inspections and coaching Team & Performance Management Supervise detail team members and hold them accountable for performance Drive productivity while promoting continuous improvement and development Manage labor costs and payroll to support departmental profitability Provide mentorship, training, and recognition to support employee growth Client & Communication Management Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership clients Promote strong client relationships through professional communication and service Navigate scheduling platforms and reporting tools to manage workflow Provide timely updates and resolve issues proactively Facility & Financial Oversight Monitor wash quality and ensure every vehicle meets dealership standards before delivery. Coordinate vehicle flow to minimize bottlenecks and downtime in service operations. Perform start-up, calibration, and shutdown procedures for all wash equipment. Participate in meetings, training, and company-wide communication channels

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred, ideally in automotive, car wash, or service operations.
