Following Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree5+ years of successful demand planning experience - CPG preferredAdvanced proficiency in ExcelFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP toolsStrong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data and build quantitative models of business problemsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity and pushbacks as part of building a forecast with cross-functional partners
