Job Description

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that combines installation, service work, warehouse operations, and jobsite logistics. You will serve customers in the field, support installation crews, handle service calls, manage materials, and help keep our operation running smoothly from warehouse to jobsite. What You'll Do (Approximate Weekly Breakdown) Service Work (Approx. 15-20 hrs/week) Adjustments, warranty calls, punch-list items, troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and ordering the parts needed to complete service work Delivery, Warehouse & Logistics (Approx. 5-10 hrs/week) Loading/unloading materials, staging jobs, deliveries, warehouse organization, inventory coordination, and jobsite logistics Window & Door Installation (Approx. 10-15 hrs/week) Work on jobsites with the installation team performing window and door replacement and installation, with opportunity to grow into leading portions of installs The breakdown is intended as a general guide and is not all-inclusive. Core Responsibilities Serve customers professionally, respectfully, and in a manner that reflects the company's standards Communicate clearly, timely, and respectfully with team members and leadership Communicate confidently and professionally with customers in homes and on jobsites Use computers and company software to identify, document, and order service parts accurately Be a strong problem solver who can diagnose issues, think through solutions, and take ownership of the next step Work independently while supporting team members and contributing to an effective, cooperative crew Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, workmanship, and finish quality Anticipate potential problems and take proactive next steps Safely operate company tools, equipment and vehicles Maintain clean, organized and professional jobsites, work areas, vehicles, and equipment Perform other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned to support customers, team members, and business needs Physical & Mental Requirements Lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver windows, doors, materials, and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds individually and heavier loads with team assistance or appropriate equipment Climb, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and work from ladders for extended periods while safely handling awkward or oversized materials Perform physically demanding work for 8-10 hours per day, including repeated lifting, carrying, standing, walking, and material handling Maintain focus, sound judgment, and safe work practices during physically demanding work, changing conditions, tight timelines, and high-pressure situations Hold and maintain a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record that meets company requirements Use computers, tablets, mobile devices, and company software to complete service documentation, enter information accurately, identify parts, and place or track orders Character Matters More Than Experience We are building a high-character, high-performance team that values craftsmanship, integrity, ownership, and serving customers well. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
