Job Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with computer operations and data entry. Experience tracking purchased parts, supplier deliveries, or material requirements. Experience supporting supply chain, purchasing, planning, or material coordination activities. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Recent graduates with relevant education considered. Experience using SAP. Experience coordinating with internal and external suppliers. Experience supporting multi-site supply or material planning activities. Job Responsibilities Manage and monitor delivery of purchased parts. Track supplier commitments and material delivery status. Coordinate purchased-part requirements across one or more locations. Maintain delivery and supplier information in applicable systems and spreadsheets. Use Excel and Microsoft Office applications for planning, tracking, and reporting. Support resolution of delayed or incomplete supplier deliveries. Coordinate material status updates with suppliers and internal teams. Maintain records related to purchased-part delivery and supply planning activities.
