Job Description

GMS is looking to add a Material Receiving Coordinator to our growing team in Idaho. This is a fully site-based role providing short-term support for incoming material deliveries across projects and operations.

Responsibilities include:

Receive and document all incoming site deliveries Verify materials, quantities, and condition against packing slips Match invoices to receiving records and flag discrepancies for review Report shortages, damage, incorrect items, or missing paperwork Coordinate delivery priorities and destinations with project and operations teams Direct drivers and materials to the correct project, staging, or storage area Maintain accurate receiving records and follow all site safety and traffic-control procedures This position requires obtaining an MSHA prior to starting.
