Job Description

Join a dynamic team where your expertise in supply chain systems will drive innovation and efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative projects and collaborate across multiple departments to enhance operational success. Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional projects to develop and enhance warehouse management systems. Translate business needs into technical specifications and oversee system configuration changes. Coordinate system testing, validation, and deployment for distribution center updates. Act as a liaison between operations, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless system integration. Provide leadership in prioritizing and executing supply chain technology projects. Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience with enterprise warehouse systems, particularly Manhattan Associates WMS. Strong technical skills in relational databases and SQL for complex query analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels. Advanced problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions. Preferred Skills Experience in leading large-scale system implementations or process transformations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution concepts. Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site support at distribution centers.
