Job Description
Overview The Supply Chain Associate - SWC orders, receives and delivers items necessary for operation of service areas. Assists in care and minor maintenance of facility. Assists and direct vendors as needed. Assists with deliveries as they are brought to the delivery area.
Receives deliveries from Carle couriers as well as other external vendors.
Delivers medications and supplies to various departments throughout the building in a timely manner.
Performs clerical duties involved in ordering and maintaining of appropriate amount of supply and linen inventory.
Works with corporate Purchasing for tracking and follow-up of any pending supply orders and provides timely updates to the appropriate individuals.
Assists with overall maintenance and security of buildings and grounds and arranges for servicing and repair of medical equipment.
Monitors and maintains linen room and biohazard room.
Assists in the pick-up of soiled linen, oxygen tanks and confidential records and ensures these items are available for the vendor as needed.
Assists in the supply ordering for other locations in the organization as needed.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $16.03per hour - $25.97per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
