Kurent Safety & Industrial Supply is excited to post our newest opening of a Picking Clerk. This is a new position for our company and is coming as a result of the amount of growth that has been experienced over the past year and the growth that is expected in the coming year. This is an entry-level position with plenty of growth opportunities for those eager to learn and advance. General Responsibilities

• Work as a team to help build the business for long-term success
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while conducting general warehouse upkeep
• Accurately pick and prepare materials from the warehouse for shipping or customer pickup
• Help and perform inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
• Verify product numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned Accountability
• Report to the Logistics Manager
• Help limit inventory inaccuracies
• Escalate any issues with products missing or counts off
• Current Business Support o Provide outstanding service and support to existing customers Skills Needed
• Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Reliable and motivated to start a long-term career
• Ability to work on feet for 8 hours, climbing, and carry loads up to 50 pounds
• Good with numbers and comfortable with basic counting and organization
• Microsoft Office
• A Team player with a positive attitude
• No prior warehouse experience required - we will train you
