Job Description

We are not just a box company. Premier Packaging is a fast growing, forward thinking provider for all packaging needs. From corrugated, warehouse solutions, design & engineering to packaging supplies. We are currently searching for a Logistics Coordinator who assign & dispatch freight to Drivers, oversee routes and bill of ladings and timeline for the Drivers. Hours/Days Responsibilities (but not limited to): Aligns the day's freight with available drivers. Dispatches individual drivers with assigned loads, routes, bill of ladings, and timelines. Freight scheduling Pick ticket and load tags Tracks individual driver hours available and log book activity Posts all bills of lading meeting the requirements and forwards all discrepant bills of lading to the Shipping Manager Daily communication with Drivers, customers and Management team
