Distribution Associate 3rd Shift Job Description This 3rd shift Distribution Associate role offers the opportunity to join a growing warehouse team and support efficient order processing, packaging, and shipping operations. You will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to customer specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities Process and audit customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness. Process and audit company products to align with specific customer needs and requirements. Pick, sort, and count parts and products in preparation for packing and shipping. Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment to designated customer locations. Ship orders to the correct customer destinations in a timely and accurate manner. Inspect products to verify adherence to customer specifications and quality standards. Handle shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Support inventory tasks such as counting, labeling, and tracking stock levels. Collect cardboard and other packing materials and place them into the compactor to maintain a clean work area. Maintain a neat, organized, and safe workspace in a fast-paced distribution environment. Essential Skills Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment. Hands-on experience with order picking and product selection. Proficiency in packing products for shipment with attention to accuracy and protection. Experience with shipping processes, including preparing orders for dispatch. Experience with receiving procedures, including checking and verifying incoming goods. Ability to perform inventory tasks such as counting, labeling, and tracking items. Strong attention to detail when sorting, counting, and auditing orders and products. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-based environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfort working with shipping and receiving documentation and labels. Ability to follow detailed customer specifications and quality standards. Basic organizational skills to maintain clean and efficient work areas. Reliability and consistency in meeting production and accuracy expectations. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
