US Weight/Escalade Sports in Olney IL is seeking an energetic individual to fill a full-time Traffic Coordinator position we have in our shipping department. This is a day shift position with overtime as needed.

Job Purpose:

The Traffic Coordinator ensures the accurate and timely printing and distribution of all bills of ladings, labels, and other necessary paperwork for shipments. Ensures compliance with customer packaging and labeling requirements, receives all products, and assists in the investigation of chargebacks.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all shipping documents are printed and distributed in a timely manner. Utilizing customer specific TMS sites to route orders for shipping. Examining ship windows to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner. Auditing compliance of customer required label placement locations. Auditing compliance of time specific dot.com shipments. Receiving all raw material and finished goods inventory in a timely manner. Investigating chargebacks from customers in a timely manner. Advising freight carriers of pickups either by phone, internet, or email.

Qualifications:

Reliability and dependability. 2+ years of related experience. Proficient at MS Office and Excel. Accurate data entry skills and computer proficiency. AS400 experience is a plus. Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with people. Ability to speak, read, and write English is required. Must have good Math skills.

Physical demands:

Ability to lift or move 50 pounds. Stooping and kneeling. Post-offer screenings will include a background check and drug test.
