Job Responsibilities:
Managing the entire material lifecycle, from preparing accurate take-offs and generating purchase orders to handling small-quantity material acquisitions. Overseeing warehouse inventory and ensuring materials are staged and prepared for jobs. Develop and improve tools and methods for efficient material planning and purchasing. Collaborate effectively with design, sales, and production teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Must reside in the Chicagoland Area - In person position High school diploma required; Construction Management Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Prior experience in material estimating or construction is preferred Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This position is for direct hire only. $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
