Schedule:
6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, but may go until 4:30 AM when needed Monday - Friday but need availability to work most
Saturday's Pay Rate:

Logistics Coordinator Job Description:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers Prepare shipping documentation and complete shipping transactions within company systems Schedule and coordinate freight pickups with carriers including UPS and FedEx Pick, pack, label, and process customer shipments according to customer requirements Monitor customer schedules, forecasts, shortages, and shipment commitments Maintain shipping and receiving records, tracking information, and supporting documentation Enter receiving transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the MRP system Follow up with suppliers regarding receiving discrepancies and quality concerns Process supplier returns and nonconforming material reports Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, audits, and inventory analysis Track inventory valuation, negative inventory reports, and key performance indicators Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure invoice accuracy and timely processing Support production scheduling, new product launches, and prototype build events Provide guidance and support to shipping and receiving personnel Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives
Logistics Coordinator Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, purchasing, inventory control, or a related manufacturing environment Experience working with MRP/ERP systems such as M2M, SAP, AS400, CMMS, or similar platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong math and analytical skills Ability to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, and plant shutdowns when required Professional demeanor with a commitment to safety and quality PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
