Logistics Clerk
Job Description
The Logistics Clerk is a vital role within our manufacturing facility, responsible for monitoring all aspects of incoming and outgoing shipping activities. This includes managing paperwork, package preparation, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. The Logistics Clerk will handle quoting, dispatching, tracking, and billing for all shipments, while ensuring clear communication with customers regarding any variances in received products. This position requires strong investigative skills to identify and resolve shipping issues efficiently and will also serve as backup for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Candidates must be forklift certified within 90 days of hire.
