This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Order Management, Operations, and Logistics to support successful customer onboarding and ongoing compliance. Tracks compliance trends, identifies risk areas, and develops mitigation plans to address violations. Essential Job Responsibilities Develops a deep understanding of customer vendor and routing guides. Communicate updates to relevant internal and external supply chain teams to ensure compliance and minimize risk of fines. Proactively identifies potential compliance risks and collaborates with internal teams to ensure adherence to vendor guidelines, helping to prevent penalties tracked through customer portals and supplier scorecards. Collects and analyzes data to validate vendor performance, identify trends, and drive reduction in customer non-compliance violations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and govern customer and item master data critical to meeting compliance standards and avoiding chargebacks. Leads the identification and implementation of process improvements that deliver mutual value to the customer and Unrivaled Teamwear. Conducts on-site visits to Unrivaled Teamwear and/or customer locations to uncover improvement opportunities and resolve issues. Partners with Operations to identify and implement training, development, and issue resolution opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor key compliance metrics to ensure alignment with customer expectations and drive satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications Four-year degree preferred or comparable experience. Strong knowledge order-to-cash processes 3+ years Supply Chain Distribution related experience ERP system experience Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and customer portal systems Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and with customers Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and drive process improvements
